Log 07:Do not allow loneliness to set the scene of your mind. Find yourself and you will find happiness.   This article is a similar continuation of “Learn To Be Happy Alone” but with a different perspective.  Society has deemed the term “alone” as a negative connotation, they have formed an illusion that constantly being with others such as with your spouse or friends, that we are truly happy when in someone else’s presence is near. This notion is all to wrong in many ways, unlike many, very few people actually know the true meaning of what being alone truly holds. Being truly alone doesn’t have to apply to someone who is miles away from civilization, stuck in a cave somewhere, it applies to[…]

Log 06: Combating your minds unwanted thoughts, is the foundation of a new state of mind. You are in control. Sometimes we have undesirable thoughts that occur quite frequently throughout the day, without getting into the science behind what frontal lobe is thought (no pun intended) to create the OCD that many people deal with, I believe there is ways that you can remove and get rid of OCD on your own. Everyone has different severity of OCD so I don’t expect it to be so easy as to simply read a sentence and be magically cured, but remember that you can rewire your mind and undo (so to speak) bad habits, break rituals and over come all of your compulsions[…]

Log 05: Remember, it was all worth it. I found myself at the end.   Love is the fruit of all relationships, we all want it, we all need it. Eventually whether you’re single right now, at some point or another you are bound to find that one person that matches you and meets your soul purpose in life. While finding that “perfect” someone isnt as simple as you may think, for those who already have that special person in their life and may be secretly dealing with some form of anxiety problem or with OCD in general this post is for you. While a quick Google search for “being in a relationship with someone with OCD” will parse a[…]

Log 04: You have to maintain a focused yet positive mindset, even when bad days come, you must stay firm and strong – don’t relapse. Intro It has been said that momentum is created by the speed and direction of our thoughts and feelings) a driving power or strength. When you observe yourself whether it be state of mind, or your current emotional state (mental attitude) you carry a certain type of attraction. Be it a positive or negative mental attitude you have momentum on either channels, each carry significant consequences. In today’s Log we will cover anxiety and its negative momentum it carries and how you can manage it all. A positive mental attitude generates good momentum where as[…]

Log 03: Life’s too short to be having a negative mindset. We live in a day in age where technology allows us to be connected at all times, connected to our loved ones and to the outside world to places we’ve never set foot on.I personally can say that I have good friends till this day that I have made from some form of networking on social media and I am very thankful for them. Now today’s topic isn’t “friendship” but instead its about your mindset. Having acquaintances, close friends and family around you, does make up some of the happiness you should have in your life but what about if you are someone who has dealt with a tremendous amount[…]

Log 02: Only you have the power to create happiness within yourself.   Intro Yes its true, happiness can mean many things to each and every one of us. Some think its having lots of money, while others may think happiness is living with your loved one forever happily ever after. While those two things are great and I don’t know anyone who wouldn’t want more money and to spend their life with someone they truly value, happiness shouldn’t be an extension that others provide. Instead we should embrace ourselves, learn to be one with ourselves during hard times and good times. See when you depend on others such as for happiness or any other emotional needs, you create a single point[…]

Log 1: “You cannot control things around you, but what you can control instead is your mind.”   As a human being we have all experienced anxiety at some point or another. Anxiety can come in all different shapes and sizes. Just as with depression some more than others experience different symptoms, those symptoms are a complete separate post for another day but the point I am trying to cross is that being someone who was affected by anxiety especially via OCD “obsessive compulsive disorder” at such a young age and basically grew up with it, Id like to say that we cannot allow anxiety to control us, we have to control it. Scenario: A good example is a person[…]
